Jeff, I really appreciated how quickly you found the problem and stayed with it until the bad pump was replaced and the others had been checked.
You and your helper came on time, did work that was needed well, solved a couple of problems, and did a good job.
I would recommend Owens Electric to anyone in the Bay Area. They were of great help to me. First, they tried to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, they were here within 20 minutes of my call on a Friday night! Finally, when they determined that the problem was actually with the PGE lines to my home, they walked me through contacting PGE and getting a serviceman out to fix the problem.
