We had an emergency with our 8 wk. old puppy. The earliest vet could see her was sometime next wk. which was days away. Even Emergent walk in was at least a10 HR. wait! Owl Creek got us in just a few hours later and our puppy was treated, bathed, vaccinated and given heartworm and flea & tick medication as well as a treatment plan with meds for her emergent condition. Great experience. Took my 2 dogs in. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable Dr Hood was absolutely amazing and helpful.
We were visiting from out of town on Saturday and had a pet emergency. We found them on google and they took us immediately. The staff and Dr. Hood provided us with exceptionally service. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Hood was caring and provided me with valuable information. Thank you Dr. Hood and staff!!! Highly recommend!! 5 star service!
I'm very excited to switch my dog's care over to Owl Creek. Our first appt was today, and it was just supposed to be an eval to start swimming therapy, but the vet discussed some concerns regarding my dogs health overall and it's that type of comprehensive care I'm looking for! I feel her current vet is too big and busy, and I don't always feel confident in what the vet says. I feel much more comfortable with Owl Creek and am looking forward to going back!!

My husband and I just moved to Virginia Beach about a month ago. Our cat, Cecil, jumped up onto our new stovetop and burned one of his paws! We called Owl Creek and they were able to see Cecil the next day. Dr. Ann was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and why. At one point we had a miscommunication with the office concerning a follow-up appointment. When that happened, Dr. Ann and the staff were very helpful in addressing the issue and getting us back on track. We will be back!
