They are great! Ryan and Scott were very professional and extremely prompt. They knew our budget and were able to get us into a new unit for around that price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I was very pleased with my experience with Owyhee Heating and Air. They are a professional, polite, and friendly company from the gal I made the appointment with to the technician who came out to do the work. I appreciated the phone call to keep me informed as to when he would arrive. Jarrett arrived on time, prepared, and was knowledgeable. He explained in detail and answered any questions I had. Jarrett was thorough, personable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend Owyhee Heating and Air. Great company!

I recently had a capacitor replaced on my AC unit. The job took no more than 20 minutes, and the part itself is widely available for around $12-30. I was shocked to be charged $477 for this service. While I understand there are service call fees, markups, and labor costs, this felt extremely excessive for such a basic and quick repair. I expected a fairer price, especially for such a common part and minimal labor. What a fantastic company. Charles came out for the $39 special, I would have paid double for the work he did. Pleasant, professional and he knows his trade. I will refer this company to all my friends! A company that is honest and you feel good about.

Offered a great price to service my air conditioner. Said they would be here between 2-5 . Great! Past 5 still waiting. Call and find out they're busy and might not show up. Hmm OK, let's move on.
