These guys are fantastic! The communication was great, and Charlie worked late to make sure we got our AC back a hot day, super knowledgeable, didn't try and upsell me which was I appreciate but made all of my options very clear. Absolutely would recommend again and plan on having them do a full service replacement soon.

Our technician Charles was awesome! Super professional, cordial and efficient. Was able to diagnose our AC issue right away and got us back up and running very quickly! I would recommend him and Owyhee to anyone!

I got an appointment the next day I called! Cal did a great job. He was very professional, answered all my questions and we were very pleased. I will definitely call again for any services that might be needed!

The technicians were excellent. They were professional, efficient, and maintained a clean work environment throughout the job. They completed the work in a timely manner, thoroughly reviewed everything with me, ensured all systems were functioning properly, and made sure I fully understood everything before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

The younger man was great he was courteous, did a great job. Well mannered plight. But I do think the company has way higher prices Than most companies in this area. Had a new furnace, put in I believe 2 years ago already had to put a new fan in it. Just for the labor fourteen hundred, that's ridiculous, Just for those circumstances I would not recommend your company i think you should stand behind your product that you put in. And I do believe I paid over nine thousand for the furnace. That's pretty bad
