I lived there for 4 yrs. First few yrs were great then a new management or something took over and nothing but problems from not fixing anything not changing the filters like they were suppose to and the bed bugs. Instead of treating the whole section they do one apt at a time. The management is awful to the tenants. I would not recommend living there.

Lived here for a few months, one day while i was out the downstairs toilet leaked all into my living room in which i had to clean up because I couldn’t get maintenance to do anything. After a few days the carpet started to smell so my whole apartment and everything in it had a mildew smell to it. I asked the apartment manager to have the carpets cleaned and they send someone out a couple of days later and the cleaners refused to clean the carpets because the apartment complex owed them past due bills. Good place to live. But all of us as a community make sure it stays nice and drug free. Has small park. New management in past 6 months. Apartments could use some updating especially on carpet. Good maintaince guy. Just wish had more town houses available so we could have more sq. Footage. Over all I've lived here 3 1/2 yrs. and am happy. They r service animal friendly. Apts. Are affordable. Defiantly need washer and dryer hookups for apt. But laundry onsite with 2 washer and 2 dryers.

One star because none isn’t an option the “property manager” is very immature and meddles within the community causing unnecessary drama and unfortunately called and left me a voicemail swearing at one point she also has her favorites who get away with anything and everything 10/10 do not recommend
