The worst customer service I ever experienced over the phone....the young lady whom answer the phone is very ruded... n she doesn't know how to answer questions...her statement to me made me just hang up n get insurance somewhere else....I attempted several times to work with this company due my family but after this chic continue to change the price n being nasty I just went somewhere else.....I told all my friends and family now they r looking into where I went....I already informed the manager at the site who was very pro... read more
