I went to this place to get insurance, of course, but my experience was off. I sat down with an associate and let her know that I only wanted liability on 1 of my old cars . She proceeded to scroll and click and ask me if I did any drop-off and / or delivery jobs, and I said yes. The associate did not show me what she was clicking on, and then she proceeded to ask for help from another associate. I wouldn't know how to rate them I called twice the Harvey office and it's been a two weeks and I ain't talked to her since she must be still busy
Took a long time to finally get my paperwork and also agents seem too distracted ...but overall ok service and insurance especially if u are on a budget like i currently am and cnt afford high end ins companies but hve to stay legal...this is the place to go to
