My experience in this office was just about perfect! Alejandra greeted me with great customer service and was very patient with helping me choose the right coverage for my vehicles. I already recommended a couple of friends and will continue to do so.
I have been a customer for over 6 years. Crystal and the other staff are wonderful. They know all there customers by name and always have a smile and greet you. I love going to this location on 159th off Halsted. We always have a small chat and the laughs always come. They are knowledgeable and help you get the right plan for you. Keep up the wonderful work ladies.
