The Hotel and Casino staff are very friendly, and walking away not licking my wounds, was a plus. Unfortunately, the rules and policies enforced in this Hotel and Casino, will me think twice about coming back. Big Brother Surveillance State comes to mind. First off, a 4- o' clock check in is ridiculous. To charge me $39.99 for driving there several hours, to check in ( early check in fee) at 2PM is wrong. Was upset about all the computer related options at casino. Not everyone has computer knowledge. Really pricey
