Been banking here since 1998. Great group of people.
This bank doesn't care about you as a customer. They only care about money and you are a number to them. I really do not understand. This used to be a friendly bank, but the new staff must not like their job very well and they will take it out on you. If you are disabled they will make your life as hard as they can. Please use a different bank if you can.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They took two weeks to go over my charges that were not mine. And then determined that they weren’t fraud. I’m sorry what? They have a very we’re in charge attitude. Not what you want when you have a lot of money in their bank. They are supposed to work for you
I've had wonderful customer service here every time that I have visited. Their mobile banking app certainly leaves something to be desired, but it's a quality bank and their Show-Me Checking program is the highest interest checking account in the area.
Absolutely HORRIBLE banking experience! Confronted the Vice President Kyle Purdome about one of his employee nasty attitude and his response was to put my money in a different bank. They have a bank teller at this location who allowed checks to be cashed that were signed by someone not on the account. This went on sporadically for over a year.
