Get directionsOzarks Healthcare has greatly improved over the years. I just completed my 2nd hip replacement and have received exemplary care. From the check in desk reception to my surgery team and the great surgeon Susan Jolly to nursing staff, I could not be in better hands. Thanks to everyone who has taken time to see to my needs. I may not remember all your names but I remember the care I was given. I could not be in recovery without you.
I had a stroke and came in on an ambulance. The closely identified a treatment protocol and was able to improve my symptoms. I spent a couple nights the hospital and the food is good. And above all the people are excellent.

Although the helpful doctor gave us some great insight to her issues we will not be returning until administration starts taking the needs of patients and our concerns more seriously. One day we will be heard.

One possible condition (being the one I had) was life threatening and I wound up in a different hospital about to lose my life. My insurance gave them $3000, I worked for months to try to get them to write off the $1500 worth of charges because they did nothing to help me and caused me to owe a seperate hospital $5000 for saving my life and overnight hospital stays... read more
