Dr Lorenz is an amazing doctor. I’ve been to over five ENTs specialists and he is without a doubt far superior to the others. He was able to identify problems I have with my ears and jaw that I hadn’t even mentioned to him yet. He is attentive and takes his time. Highly recommend.
Update: their reply to this review is to call the exact number im complianing about...the same number they dont answer, give me a break. Will not answer their phone, have called several times in a period of 2 hours and no one will answer. No voicemailbox setup. This is an emergency on a toddler referred down from the emergency room, no care from these people whatsoever.
At first I was well pleased with Dr. Until trying to fill a prescription. But when I read report I was blamed for part of ear problem. Whether 1% hydrocortisone or 2.5% at $ 299 with discount it is still hydrocortisone. Hurts that I tell the truth and blamed in report. So I'm done
The care they provide, awesome! Getting through to talk with someone to make appointments, reschedules, questions, ect., not great. I called and the person who answered wasn't even in the office, which makes communication very difficult and confusing
