I've been training with David for almost three years. My job is very physical, so I have to stay on top of my lifting and strength goals. David makes sure I am where I'm supposed to be. The sessions are always efficient and well planned (you will be working the whole time!). He's really good about focusing on what you need and following what you are doing each rep to make sure you stay on form. I would definitely recommend training with David to anyone!

I’ve been training with David 2x a week for more than two years. My goals were strength, improved posture, and reduced day-to-day muscle and joint pain, and I’ve seen massive improvements in all three areas. David’s an outstanding trainer and a cool guy to boot. Highly recommend him.

David is a Great Trainer to work with. He understands your health and strength goals. If you want to lose weight or just get stronger, I would recommend having David as a personal Trainer.
