Kacie was just the person I needed to see. She's professional, well informed and very personable. This looks and sounds like a wonderful program. Of course, I'll have to think about it, but seems to have most everything I need at one location. If you're of a "certain age," I hope you'll at least look into this.
PACE has been helpful for my father but there has been a noticeable decline since Covid. My father’s doctor is amazing as are a majority of the aides but the aide program in general is a mess. There is such a lack of communication between the aides and the ones who send them out and the participants. No one ever seems to know what is going on. The one request we have made is no new aides on Saturday as that is a busy day and my mom who is also in a wheelchair will have to do too much to get the new aide acclimated and it’s t... read more
I am very impressed with the quality and quantity of care offered at Pace of the Southern Piedmont. The staff are friendly, dedicated and professional. Also, they impressed me by bringing in one of my favorite educators on dementia care! Teepa did a great job.!
Pace is a fantastic place to be. Pace has allowed me to be stress free concerning my needs. The staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoy coming to the facility five days a week because it's my family!❤️❤️❤️
PACE is amazing! The teams are very attentive! They always meet the needs of the participants! The transportation department is awesome! Monica really works with you. The drivers are professional. This really is an organization that cares. It’s a one stop shop! Blessed our lives tremendously.
