I was very nervous coming in this morning. Didn't know what to expect but they talked with you and made you feel right at home and made you feel very comfortable. Then they went over the procedures showing you and telling you exactly what's going to go and how it's going to go. Made me feel at ease and made me feel not. So get scared. I think that they are very professional and what they do and very warmhearted and caring. I feel a lot at ease so I'm ready to do my surgery and glad I'm getting it done and I'm not afraid
I am so pleased with my cataract surgery; and three years later, the follow up YAG Capsulotomy in my left eye. My vision is so clear and crisp!! PCLI also has the nicest people that work there. I am so glad I chose Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute for my cataract surgeries.
These folks are amazing. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely solicitous of their patients’ well-being. They are also a very professional bunch. At PCLI in Lewiston Id. If you need anything done with your eyes I recommend going there. The staff was friendly, caring and made my surgery go easy. The Dr. And nurse's were very nice and explained everything. Thank you PCLI for everything your great.
I have had one cataract removed and I am excited to get the next eye done. The staff has been incredibly professional. The results to date are better than hoped. I was very impressed that my surgeon offered a wonderful prayer before doing the surgery. The pre, during, and after surgery care have been wonderful.
