Everything was very professional and efficient. Would leave 5 stars but the appointments are consistently late. Frustrating to arrive on time, or a little early, and wait 20 -30 minutes to be called in
I have had one cataract removed and I am excited to get the next eye done. The staff has been incredibly professional. The results to date are better than hoped. I was very impressed that my surgeon offered a wonderful prayer before doing the surgery. The pre, during, and after surgery care have been wonderful. I highly recommend Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute for needed eye care.
The doctors, nurses and staff are very personal, professional, courteous, kind and friendly at Pacific Cataract. The entire procedure from the pre exam to the operation of cataract remove and lens implant and post exam is done all the while to minimize any trauma, minor pain and concern of the patient. Highly recommend.
I have such a fear of anything around my eyes. The Dr. and his team and everybody else in this office were just amazing. I would recommend going to this Lewiston idaho office. Clean, friendly, helpful, caring, and fun. Their office is so very comfortable and home like.
I would give the entire staff a 10 star review! Friendly( yet very professional) room the moment I walked in the door.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
