I was very nervous coming in this morning. Didn't know what to expect but they talked with you and made you feel right at home and made you feel very comfortable. Then they went over the procedures showing you and telling you exactly what's going to go and how it's going to go. Made me feel at ease and made me feel not. So get scared. I think that they are very professional and what they do and very warmhearted and caring. I feel a lot at ease so I'm ready to do my surgery and glad I'm getting it done and I'm not afraid
These folks are amazing. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely solicitous of their patients’ well-being. They are also a very professional bunch. I am delighted and grateful I went to them for my cataract surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience, and the results were nothing short of amazing.
I had the most awesome experience with the Lewiston office. All of the people in that office are top-notch and very compassionate. I recommend them to anyone. I also really appreciated the prayer before we went in and I thank the Lord Jesus for you people
I had LASIK surgery at PCLI one month ago & I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care I received! Across the board every single person here is so kind & friendly. The entire process was smooth as butter. I even lost my post surgery antibiotic eye drops on a Saturday night & called that Monday morning to let them know! They told me to head down & provided me with a new bottle at no extra cost! I would recommend them to anyone considering LASIK.
From the moment I walked into the office I was put at total ease. The office was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was caring, extremely proficient and the procedure was quick and easy. I had excellent results and after care!
