Overall I had good experience in the Pacific cataract facility. The place is nice an clean the staff is friendly and professional and, the physicians are caring and skilled. The first eye surgery, I had problem with the anesthesia which blow off all my expectations but the second time for the second surgery I had a better experience which it was a great experience. This facility was not only a stunning and beautiful , the waiting area is like a 5 star hotel lobby . Every staff i encountered were kind, patient, understanding of patients needs. They interacted with us even on a personal level , sharing experiences . Laughing, putting us all at ease. I highly recommend them
The employees right down to reception were the kindest people to everyone they met. It was a scary deal for me and they helped me get thru it. I especially loved the option to have them pray over you. I love these people!
PCLI is both an amazing professional organization with skilled doctors and employees and is equally friendly, informative, and supportive. From the first appointment of assessment to surgery they tell you exactly what to expect. The environment is clean and beautiful. All nurses cleaned every chair or surface between every patient. I am grateful to PCLI for a positive successful experience.
From the moment I entered PCLI I felt comfortable. All staff members were great and made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions and explained evey step of the process. During the procedure I felt no pain and it sure didn't last long. The longest part is allowing the eye to dilate properly. I liked the pray before the operation began. I highly recommend PCLI to anyone needing Cataract surgery. You will be in very good hands.
