This facility was not only a stunning and beautiful , the waiting area is like a 5 star hotel lobby . Every staff i encountered were kind, patient, understanding of patients needs. They interacted with us even on a personal level , sharing experiences . Laughing, putting us all at ease. I highly recommend them
The employees right down to reception were the kindest people to everyone they met. It was a scary deal for me and they helped me get thru it. I especially loved the option to have them pray over you. I love these people!
I am in a wheelchair, and they, the nurses, and staff treated me very well. I was treated and given some meds to make me comfortable and once I was taken back to the surgery aspect of the EXPERIENCE of PLCI I saw a large eye, then it was done and I was being rolled out and was treated and released. That was incredible. I now have full distant vision, and a most reliable close up vision. These guys are the best at what they do.
I am extremely happy with my results from PCI. They have done a good job and have done my adjustments and everything and have went above and beyond. Trying to make everything perfect for me. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody. Thank you for your expertise
From the front door throughout the process there was NO ONE in ANY capacity who deserves less than 5 stars! Staff? Stellar. Doctors? Stellar Building? Beyond stellar. Cannot say enough about this place, Doctors and staff and professional procedures! As close to perfect as is possible!
