Very nice facility. The staff were friendly. Ashley did most of my vision testing and screening. She explained throughly and answered all my many questions completely. Dr Neil was also very informative, personable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the treatment and care shown.

My visit to PCLI began with the most welcoming and cordial admirative staff, from there a highly skilled eye/vision tech person processed me thru several diagnostic analyzer devices. Then a thorough explanation with my doctor of all options for my condition with very detailed answers for my questions. I plan to proceed with the surgeries my PCLI doctor and I have discussed.

I love this place! They understand that the reason your there isn’t fun. The staff makes sure you are always well taken care of, they are excellent and well knowledgeable and make sure you are prepared for recovery! The process is smooth and you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave! I would recommend PCLI to anyone who needs specialty eye care!

I was treated as though I was the only patient, even though there were at least 6 other patients present. All staff were courteous and seemed to be truly caring. Everyone was concerned that the patients were comfortable and not stressed. The OR staff were quite fun. We laughed and that was very helpful to reduce anxiety. I also appreciated the prayer before surgery. Thanks for an uplifting experience.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions and had helpful tips to assure the best results following surgery. Also, the van service to PCLI and back home was very much appreciated and was done by a courteous and professional driver. Would highly recommend this service to all. Thank you.
