From the moment my appointment was booked, PCLI was on top of it! They provided me all the materials I needed to understand the procedure, information about the surgeons, directions on how to get to the facility and parking instructions. Once inside, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Both of my surgeries seem to have gone well and now I am on the path to recovery. Absolutely top notch service, from the driver craig who picks you up and takes you back home after your surgery or appointment. Ami the Dr and Angela, honestly everone on the team is incredibly caring. If i could give them a 10 i would. Definitely top shelp experience thank you. I can enjoy the PNW with my 20/20 vision.

Everyone was incredibly kind and patient. I am older and somewhat disabled and the staff was very understanding. My experience was so positive the first eye that I really look forward to the second one. Kudos to an outstanding staff making my experiences very positive.
I had very bad cataracts and was really concerned. Everyone I met beginning with the front desk were really helpful. The nurses made everything clear and my nerves were better because of them. The Drs were so skilled that I felt like I was going to be able to get the best care. PCLI is absolutely amazing.
