The entire process was extremely professional from the front desk throughout the surgery. Dr Choe did an excellent job performing my surgery. I went from seeing very blurry vision to a 20-20 evaluation afterwards. Also due to my Christian faith I love the fact they offer you a prayer before surgery 🙏🙏
From the moment my appointment was booked, PCLI was on top of it! They provided me all the materials I needed to understand the procedure, information about the surgeons, directions on how to get to the facility and parking instructions. Once inside, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Both of my surgeries seem to have gone well and now I am on the path to recovery. Absolutely top notch service, from the driver craig who picks you up and takes you back home after your surgery or appointment. Ami the Dr and Angela, honestly everone on the team is incredibly caring. If i could give them a 10 i would. Definitely top shelp experience thank you. I can enjoy the PNW with my 20/20 vision.
It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and good humored as well as professional and competent. We arrived early and were able to get started right away. I was surprised at how quickly the actual laser treatment was completed. After a night’s sleep, my vision is great. I really couldn’t believe the amount of improvement.
Everyone was incredibly kind and patient. I am older and somewhat disabled and the staff was very understanding. My experience was so positive the first eye that I really look forward to the second one. Kudos to an outstanding staff making my experiences very positive.
