This large scale operation runs like a well oiled machine, but at no time did it feel “mechanical” at all. For the volume of clientele served, the level of care, attention, friendliness and professionalism was amazing! Top notch facility and personnel. The whole process works like a well oiled machine, with each staff member placed according to their technical and people skills. Between all my appointments and phone calls, I met more than 10 staff members, each one was excellent. I probably won't be needing my second eye done for a few years, but when I do, this is where I will go.
From the moment I made my first appointment over the phone to the end of my Procedures and follow-up visits, the staff was very efficient, welcoming and professional. I can wholeheartedly recommend this office to all of my family and friends.
I was very frightened of having the cataract procedure. The staff at PC LI we're great and made me feel very calm. I can highly recommend.
I cannot express my gratitude enough here. From the very beginning, my experience was stellar. Jess, bless her heart, was so helpful with my insurance snafu. The concern for my comfort and wellbeing was over the top. Constantly monitoring my vitals and how I was feeling. Not to mention that my eyesight is so good I can see around corners now-Well maybe not THAT good but I have scheduled my other eye to be done. Thank you PCLI so much.
