Good service and polite staff. Had 2 different surgeons so I could stay at this location-closer to home. Admittedly it was a bit like a manufacturing line! Most importantly-and the reason for 3 stars: this is a Christian institution, which is fine, BUT this is not advertised. On the intake questionnaire they asked if I wanted " a Christian prayer before the procedure". I was a little taken aback, but checked "no thank you". Ok, fine. Nothing more was said. I have never seen a better team of medical staff at work. They were so good and followed a very efficient routine. I felt like a happy movie I was part of. Thank you. For your great teamwork. I was really scared but everyone was so kind and professional. I can't imagine it being any better. I never experienced any pain or discomfort during or after. I'm so glad that my local eye doctor recommended this. My surgery was their beautiful Portland office.
Very professional and efficient place. My results after surgery exceeded expectations. They keep good track of you and your appointments and give complete directions for everything from parking to eye drops. I appreciated the post op phone call.
I had my first cataract surgery done on 5/19/2025, and, from start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. The staff was professional and kept me up-to-date on what was happening, and the entire process went well. I'm looking forward to my next appointment on 5/29/2025.
