Friendly knowledgeable staff. They have this system down but you always feel like an individual. Didn't have to wait a year for a appointment. I personally liked that they offer a personal prayer before surgery. All you do is check a box on a form. Nothing else to discuss. No one comes to talk to you about it. It was a wonderful experience being treated at PCLI. From the first experience of hearing calming Christian music being played in the waiting room and the professionalism of the technicians and all the staff . Then when the questionnaire asked if I’d like to have the surgeon pray before the surgery just amazed me! This is an exceptional facility! The surgery went so well. If you consider going here make sure you ask questions about payments and referrals before having any procedure done on your eyes. The lady at the front desk was just a pain to deal with. She never mentioned how to go about submitting referrals or their "policy" on referrals at all until my mother got there for her eye surgery. She proceeded to blame my mother's referring doctor for not submitting the referral correctly when she never even told us how they needed or wanted the paper work to be submitted in the first place. Wow! My eyes are 20 years old again! Now, if I only had a 20 year old body...🤣. Seriously this is a professional, competent, caring place. Everyone from Jessica, who did my initial evaluation and had the patience to answer a million questions, to Dr. Mellgren, a warm, efficient, highly skilled doctor, was wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety about doing both eyes a day apart, however, everyone put my anxiety to rest.
