My primary eye doctor couldn't get me an appointment for cataract surgery for months. I researched the possibilities here and pcli was the best option. I got in for an exam in a week and surgery was scheduled in a couple of weeks. The process was amazing. I had the first surgery on Monday, followup on Tuesday morning and the second surgery right after the exam. This place was awesome. I felt comfortable thru the whole process of having cataract surgery, from the first exam to my second day of surgery. The staff was professional, courteous, extremely friendly and efficient. My whole experience was great. I would recommend PCLI to anyone and everyone.
I recently had both cataracts replaced with Toric lenses and I cannot express enough what a fabulous experience I had. Drs Bortz and Mellgren were amazing. Thank you!! I cannot recommend PCLI enough.
It was awesome being taken care of by a Christian organization and even being prayed for before surgery by the doctor I really appreciated it. The doctors and the staff were very friendly and Professional and I would recommend if you have any need for cataract or laser surgery to use PCLI.
First off, the doctor was able to diagnose a problem in one eye (cataract surgery done by a different provider) that two other offices were not able to. She sent me to a wonderful retina surgeon to correct the problem. I then had PCLI do the cataract surgery on the other eye. Efficient, wonderful care.
