This place was awesome. I felt comfortable thru the whole process of having cataract surgery, from the first exam to my second day of surgery. The staff was professional, courteous, extremely friendly and efficient. My whole experience was great. I would recommend PCLI to anyone and everyone.
It was awesome being taken care of by a Christian organization and even being prayed for before surgery by the doctor I really appreciated it. The doctors and the staff were very friendly and Professional and I would recommend if you have any need for cataract or laser surgery to use PCLI.
Since this was my first two and only cataract surgeries, I have nothing to compare it to. I can say that the facility is modern, comfortable and efficient. The personnel are all friendly, positive and knowledgeable. The process is very well concieved and executed efficiently. My doctor, the founder, Dr Robert Jones was open and friendly as well as an expert in cataract surgery and other procedures of the eye. I would not hesitate to recommend the Albuquerque office.
Staff were efficient, caring and skilled in their areas. Everyone made me feel welcomed and respected. Dr. Ford showed concern for any questions I might have about the procedure or follow-up. The successful outcome testifies to his skill as a clinician. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this practice.
All the staff at Pacific Cataract was TOP NOTCH! From the offices being immaculate to all the employees being professional I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs eye surgery. I sincerely appreciated my doctor praying with me before my surgery. That made me very comfortable.
