I suggested them to a guest from NJ at a campground I worked at and ended up being his driver. He was on a tight travel schedule. They got him in, a week later. Each day seeing more clearly. Process and healing was fast and painless. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. After a wonderful experience with the first procedure, he got the 2nd eye done and now sees better than I do! Mr. Rogers gave them 2 thumbs up and highly recommends PCLI. ❤️I’ll see them (…pun intended!) when it’s my turn.
Dr Mellgren did an absolute excellent job, dr Bortz was wonderful with explaining all with expert professionalism. Stephanie was so calming in all she did. everyone from front desk to check in to pre op nurses were the best. Gave professional care and comfort. Highly recommend
It was a wonderful experience being treated at PCLI. From the first experience of hearing calming Christian music being played in the waiting room and the professionalism of the technicians and all the staff . Then when the questionnaire asked if I’d like to have the surgeon pray before the surgery just amazed me! This is an exceptional facility! The surgery went so well. Wow! My eyes are 20 years old again! Now, if I only had a 20 year old body...🤣. Seriously this is a professional, competent, caring place. Everyone from Jessica, who did my initial evaluation and had the patience to answer a million questions, to Dr. Mellgren, a warm, efficient, highly skilled doctor, was wonderful. I had a lot of anxiety about doing both eyes a day apart, however, everyone put my anxiety to rest. The eye surgeon and staff are amazing! They are kind and knowledgeable about the services that they provide. My surgery went extremely well and the results are amazing! Definitely recommend making them your choice.
