I had cataract surgery on both eyes at PCLI. My entire experience was very nice. I felt very comfortable and taken care of by everyone. All the steps and procedures were explained clearly and questions were answered fully. The facility is beautiful, comfortable, clean, well lit and easy to find. My surgeon was great, he explained what he was doing and what to expect. I love that he asked if he could pray before surgery and that put me at ease. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They have this system down but you always feel like an individual. Didn't have to wait a year for a appointment. I personally liked that they offer a personal prayer before surgery. All you do is check a box on a form. Nothing else to discuss. No one comes to talk to you about it. This place is awesome, although somewhat of an assembly line. Their treatment of the patients is great, everyone meets you and gives their name. They ask if there are any questions, and are genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. So if someone is needing cataract surgery, this is the place to go.
Everything was very organized and ran very smoothly. Just one thing that can go better is explaining the early check-in. You have to be there one hour earlier before the surgery. When I was given the appointment, this wasn’t explained. Other than that, no complaints. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
