Staff were efficient, caring and skilled in their areas. Everyone made me feel welcomed and respected. Dr. Ford showed concern for any questions I might have about the procedure or follow-up. The successful outcome testifies to his skill as a clinician. Overall, a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this practice.
All the staff at Pacific Cataract was TOP NOTCH! From the offices being immaculate to all the employees being professional I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs eye surgery. I sincerely appreciated my doctor praying with me before my surgery. That made me very comfortable.
I've never posted anything good or bad. This is mt first. Concerning Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute it has been an exceptional and wonderful experience! Appreciated the team work exemplified by all the staff every step of the way. Not to be taken for granted in medical environments in ABQ. I wish other medical management systems trained their staff in the same manner, starting from the front desk to the doctors. Super friendly, helpful and happy people!
