We cannot say enough wonderful things about PCLI and Dr. Reid Mamiya. From the moment I called, the entire team treated us with kindness, urgency, and genuine compassion. They got my fiancé in incredibly quickly after a piece of metal became lodged in his cornea, and we immediately knew he was in the best hands. This my third procedure with PCLI, as I count separate visits for removal of my cataracts in both eyes. That gave me a more comprehensive view of their work. In my opinion, they are very patient oriented and well organized to that end. Their environment is clean and tidy in every way. They managed a great feat of behavior among all staff that is gentle and friendly, an asset given they operate on an important sense organ that is most vital to human life. I Definitely give More than a 5* review, these guys r very respectful, professional, & courteous for all the steps from the front desk until you walk out, they explained everything fully as what to expect & as well as any questions I had. I have Molina health care insurance which they except, respectfully i was treated all the same as if i paid cash, thank you. I can't say enough great things about PCLI. I needed cataract surgery, and the professionalism, efficiency, compassion and beautiful office setting is absolutely unparalleled. Every single member of the team is extraordinary. A special shout out to my surgeon Dr. Rochelle Cochrane and Dr. Reid Mamiya, an optometry specialist. There are too many wonderful staff members to name, but the minute you walk into their new offices, you feel like family. And my eyesight is amazing. I highly recommend this practice.
Let me start by saying , I’ve worn glasses for 5 years and contact lenses for 63 years. I had a multi focal lens put in my right eye on Thursday by Doctor Cochran at their Martin Way clinic. It went smoothly and only took 80 minutes total. She did a great job and talked me through the whole procedure while doing it. It was very reassuring and she did the whole surgery in 5 minutes. The following Tuesday I had a multi focal lens put in the left eye by Doctor Seward at the new clinic on Britton Pkwy. What a beautiful facility... read more
