Absolutely the most wonderful experience I've had at any Dr office. They were knowledgeable, patient , kind and friendly.. a big shout out to the two young gals at the front desk.. they made me feel so comfortable from the first appointment to the last. Ans they were extremely knowledgeable as well.. and i asked alot of questions. You only get one chance at a first impression ans those two hit it outta the park. Thank you to all of your wonderful staff!! Highly recommend!!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about PCLI and Dr. Reid Mamiya. From the moment I called, the entire team treated us with kindness, urgency, and genuine compassion. Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful, kind people who work there Love that the surgeons pray before surgery. I felt very calm and very well taken care of. Would be nice if every medical institution was run like this. I highly recommend this place. Surgeons were great.

This my third procedure with PCLI, as I count separate visits for removal of my cataracts in both eyes. That gave me a more comprehensive view of their work. In my opinion, they are very patient oriented and well organized to that end. Their environment is clean and tidy in every way. They managed a great feat of behavior among all staff that is gentle and friendly, an asset given they operate on an important sense organ that is most vital to human life.
