Nayalie Garcia is one of the best customer service at PSIC. One of the clients had a serious problem with her landlord policy and was in danger of being non-renewal. She took it upon herself to make sure the policy will be renewed and the property will be covered. Client is forever grateful of her going above and beyond to help out in this case. So am I. She truly exemplifies what a customer service representative is.

My adjuster Jacquelin Her has been excellent on helping us deal with our damaged house because of busted water pipe.She is quick on responding to our needs and answers our questions truthfully and professionally. She’s a credit to her company and very good customer liaison.
Do not insure with them. They use an inspection to create a list of unreasonable items to correct. Nevertheless, I tried to correct and continued to send updated pictures to verify compliance. They delayed and delayed and finally denied coverage without acknowledging I had address all issues. What's worse, they then kept $700 in paid insurance and would not refund as they claim the property was covered even those their conditions were not met - in their view. Pacific Specialty caters to building contractor and not clients. P.S. adjuster collaborated with building contractor the adjuster induced me to use and approved fraudulent supplemental charges from contractor which caused my claim funds to be exhausted to linr the contractor's pockets leaving nothing for my legitimate out of pocket expenses. Not even the Vice President of Claims for Pacific Specialty will answer my emails.
RACIST FRADULENT COMPANY My vehicle was into broken into 5/2021. It's now 10/2021. No payment on loss. Darren ** an "investigator" repeatedly made me feel undermined, insulted, and disrespected. This caused me to search for more reviews on this company. From reading reviews on Consumer Affairs/BBB and other outlets shows this is their culture. Worst company, they never answer the phone, nor the emails, I have been requesting to update the loss payee information for 15 days now and I can't contact anyone. They do not even deserve one star.
