I'm giving them one star for the simple fact of being a full pay tenant, and they are charging 300.00 deposit for the use of the community room. We only needed it for a 1-2 hr kid event. And any event has to be after office hours which if 5pm. Not a happy tenant at all. Unbelievable.
Parking is absolutely terrible, and they are insanely strict about it. Good luck with having friends or family over. The front door doesn't seal fully, so it's very drafty. The walls are relatively thin but not terrible. Wish there were more amenities for kiddos, but they deal with the lack of space to play. Pretty expensive for not much.
Its been over 2 months going on 3 and they still havent given back my deposit crazy how they take sooo long to return it but will take your money and tag fees on super quick Very disappointed with the parking since it was originally my only concern before moving in, parking is all compact and unfortunately there’s lots of big vehicles taking up multiple spaces, I can’t even park in my space, let alone have guests over because of parking, even if you live there they won’t allow you to use guess parking, I’ve expressed my con... read more
We pay such an insane amount for rent and aren’t allowed to keep stuff on our patios that we PAY rent for. You can hear everything. From the neighbors stomping around to people rummaging through the trash at night. Don’t even get me started about the parking situation. They’ll tow your vehicle even if it’s parked in a spot that isn’t assigned to anyone so forget about having your partner or family visit you.
I love this place. There are very nice people who live in these apartments. Amazing place.
