The team dialed in both my mortgage when I bought the house and the refinance when the rates dropped a couple percentage points. The team had a laser focus on what mattered to me and was able to accomplish all my goals with the least possible amount of monkey motion on my part. Each time it was as stress free as a major life changing commitment of suitcases of money can reasonably be.

Kristina and Team Hubbard have handled my real estate financing for years. The most recent was a complicated hobby farm refi that closed on 3/31/20. I always appreciate the great service provided by Kristina and her team. I highly recommend them. Update 8/1/20: Team Hubbard just finished my refinancing of an investment property. They provide equally great service for real estate investors.
