Awesome treatment. The medical personnel and procedures they do are very professional. I was very surprised. I usually go to the VA, but this place was better than the VA in many ways. There's definitely not a lot of waiting. They get right to work.

I feel comfortable there because the staff greets me with a smile. I get eye contact when they are explaining any situation I may have. At times I am in pain and I am always giving the best advice to ease the pain which works. I like the fact that they take your vital signs before you start therapy treatments. I like when the doctor checks on you and makes sure you are comfortable while doing your treatments. I like when I get courtesy calls to make sure I follow up with my upcoming appointments. I had an excellent experience at this therapy clinic while being treated for my lower back pain. From my very first visit, everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to helping me recover.
