Awesome treatment. The medical personnel and procedures they do are very professional. I was very surprised. I usually go to the VA, but this place was better than the VA in many ways. There's definitely not a lot of waiting. They get right to work.

I have been receiving physical therapy treatments for over a month now, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of this office. I feel comfortable there because the staff greets me with a smile. I get eye contact when they are explaining any situation I may have. At times I am in pain and I am always giving the best advice to ease the pain which works. I like the fact that they take your vital signs before you start therapy treatments. I like when the doctor checks on you and makes sure you are comfortable while doing your treatments. I like when I get courtesy calls to make sure I follow up with my upcoming appointments. It all started with a courteous and informative initial phone conversation concerning my inquiry about the practice. Upon entering the facility I was met by a professional and welcoming staff. I then received kind, thoughtful, compassionate and comprehensive medical care from the PA and the Doctor. The best part is, I feel better today than I have in a long time. Came here on September 1, 2026 for for 3pm appointment with MD Roman Shulken. Brought into the office 20 minutes before appointment time. It was my first time. Was given another doctor by the name Alan Zatz md without being informed until he came in. I wanted to see Roman Shulken whom was in-network with my Atena insurance. But Alan Zatz md was out of network with my insurance and was never told this by the office. I only discovered this upon receiving the claim then the Explaination of benefits via Atena account.
