I’ve been to 3 locations and the Poway one is by far the best of all as far as aesthetics but the personnel in all are pretty awesome. I’ve seen some reviews on the staff members being rude but I’ve seen it myself that the patients are many times pushing these workers buttons. Overall they are orderly and on point with their assessments and encourage people to seek alternatives to just pain medication. Mostly seen by PA’s but they are thorough and don’t rush your consult. I have been a patient with pain relief solutions for almost 6 yrs.. I have had the best care in regards to managing my pain and providing phenomenal treatment plans. They care. They are thorough detailed and excellent in their expertise, from front office to all providers and professionals in their field and it's appreciated.
Usually a good experience… This last visit, not so good. Provided a urine sample, as usual… but I was seen in a different office, different provider and the sign in the bathroom was very clear. “Do not leave samples in the bathroom” So, I brought it into the exam room and left it by the sink.. Saw provider and no problem, or so I thought, I’m in the midst of a work day, received a message saying that I did Not provide sample and that all of my medication sent in was now canceled!! Exceptional service! From reception check-in & check-out with appointments set for next procedures, I am impressed. Victoria accessed my MRI record, examined my condition and created a plan moving forward seeking pain relief. I am pleased with her findings and proposed procedures. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. This was a most enjoyable visit, giving me confidence and hope in next steps. I couldn’t be more pleased with today’s outcome!
This place is for sure the worst place to receive medical care in my life (I’m 62) I’ve had to wait over an hour multiple times after my appointment time and if you’re 11 minutes late (for any reason in my case, unforeseen traffic coming out of Ramona down to Poway in the morning) your sent away, Mind you there’s probably a dozen chairs in the waiting room and not one person sitting at any of them at my arrival.
