Worst apartment complex to be at. They never answer calls unless you call 3+ times, they never come to fix anything in units, they will close out any order requests that you submit, they’re so abdomen about paying rent but won’t provide simple necessities. I’m currently pregnant and expressed that to the leasing office and assistant manager yet nobody cares that i’ve had to call off work for a week because they’ve had me without hot water for over a month now and i got severely sick. Calling the attorney general on this apartment complex and an attorney to get my application fees and administration fees returned. They are a complete scam do not apply online. I applied for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom online it looks like there are plenty of apartments available to choose from but like i said it's a scam. Once they have your money they will stop answering your phone calls or emails. Tell you the apt you applied to that clearly says 2 bedroom 2 bathroom online is just a one bedroom. Absolutely DO NOT recommend! Not only are the apartments roach infested but they change management almost every couple months! We were originally supposed to start in a one bedroom one bathroom for $675 a month. Not only did they try to give us a studio AFTER giving us a tour of a one bedroom, but after all the fees and charges were added our small one bed one bath was 940 a month. Update Oct 2024: If you haven't heard on the news, this place was raided for gang members living here who were committing crimes, 20 were arrested. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Original review Aug 2023: Worst apartments ever. On the day of the move-in, I ended up getting a whole different unit than I was told I was getting and was almost forced to wait a whole extra day to move in. yeah let’s close at 10:30AM on the first of the month when people have to pay rent and the app barely works. so ghetto. Sketchy people walking around all the time. Day or night. So many gunshots. I saw with my own eyes a group of drunk guys shoot guns into the air like the bullets ain’t going to come back down.
