Don’t ever move here they don’t fix anything security gates are broken homeless come and go… Tons of abandoned units. Been here since August had my mailbox broken into mail has been stolen had my bank card stolen complained to the office more than once about that issue. The mailman has even stopped delivering my mail and I have had to reach out to the postal inspector for ways to get this issue resolved since they refuse to do their job and repair their mailboxes. Worst apartment complex to be at. They never answer calls unless you call 3+ times, they never come to fix anything in units, they will close out any order requests that you submit, they’re so abdomen about paying rent but won’t provide simple necessities. I’m currently pregnant and expressed that to the leasing office and assistant manager yet nobody cares that i’ve had to call off work for a week because they’ve had me without hot water for over a month now and i got severely sick. I went to go visit the apartments a couple of Saturdays ago and spoke with Joaquin. He showed us an apartment that was staged, but he had no other apartments to show us I had questions about the application during the week and I called and I called and I called. I left a message after message and nobody returned my call. Nobody answered the phone. It just left a horrible feeling about this apartment complex. Absolutely DO NOT recommend! Not only are the apartments roach infested but they change management almost every couple months! We were originally supposed to start in a one bedroom one bathroom for $675 a month. Not only did they try to give us a studio AFTER giving us a tour of a one bedroom, but after all the fees and charges were added our small one bed one bath was 940 a month. Plz don’t ever think about move here this is the worse place to live it is infested with roaches and maintenance cannot get the water running properly. I’ve been here two months to three and I only took four more bath. If you think about moving here, please go somewhere else. The person that did my lease made. It seem better than what it was.
