Calling the attorney general on this apartment complex and an attorney to get my application fees and administration fees returned. They are a complete scam do not apply online. I applied for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom online it looks like there are plenty of apartments available to choose from but like i said it's a scam. Once they have your money they will stop answering your phone calls or emails. Tell you the apt you applied to that clearly says 2 bedroom 2 bathroom online is just a one bedroom. Update Oct 2024: If you haven't heard on the news, this place was raided for gang members living here who were committing crimes, 20 were arrested. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Original review Aug 2023: Worst apartments ever. On the day of the move-in, I ended up getting a whole different unit than I was told I was getting and was almost forced to wait a whole extra day to move in. yeah let’s close at 10:30AM on the first of the month when people have to pay rent and the app barely works. so ghetto. Sketchy people walking around all the time. Day or night. So many gunshots. I saw with my own eyes a group of drunk guys shoot guns into the air like the bullets ain’t going to come back down. My AC works, but it DOESNT TURN OFF, it’s constantly running, and it’s running up my power bill. I can’t even count how many times we’ve changed management and i’ve only lived here 8 months. Broken in and inoperable USPS mail boxes. All dumpsters are overflowing with rubbish, and multiple parking areas throughout the complex are basically mini land-fills. Half of the units are barricaded and/or vacant. Many of the unit doors have bullet holes in them. DHS raided this complex on October 5 2024 for gang activity. Stay away from here at all costs.
Dealing with them not addressing flooding in my apartment for over 2 months. They refuse to answer when you call the emergency line. I have literally had the maintenance guy wake me up at 9PM and say he was going to come clean it up just after he puts on different clothing, do the exact same thing 4 hours later at 1 AM and just never show back up. I am writing this review at 3:40 AM on the same day of this occurrence. Do not move in here. The place should be condemned. This is not a place to live for anyone
