horrible service. took my sugar glide in to have nails trimmed, they did not trim all of his nails and charged me double what they told me on the phone. very disappointed. my sugar glider is also limping now. I'm going to have an actual vet look at him and then consider taking legal action
They tested my dog for valley fever and lost the the sample. I called 3 times for results to be told they had not received them. After 2nd test perfomed no valley fever and they never offered to do xrays. Poor dog has been limping for a month.

The dr was very rude and unprofessional why be a vet if tour only going to handle certain pets all pets need help, not just the ones you choose to help maybe don’t be a Pet dr if you can’t do the whole job! Never coming here! Do not bring your pets here!

I have been through pure hell for the last 2 weeks because of this clinic. I took a 14 year old happy healthy dog from my mother recently and wanted to do the right thing by taking her to the vet for a well check. I have been seeing Dr Mangone for the last 4 years and never had a problem, he even operated on my rescue cats tail. Very disappointing! I have been waiting for almost a month for some test results and they don’t even bother to call back.
So we had been taking our exotics to this vet for over a year with decent service...we took in a rescue pair of sugar gliders and we were concearned about one having a upper resp issue and tried to get him in...they said a 5 day wait period for a animal so tiny that 5 days without treatment could probably kill it...i will not return to this place when my fiance called to tell them to cancel the appt we have found another vet that could actually stay for 5 min past normal hours to see the animal ans the response was ok...take... read more
Our rescue has been waiting over a week for copies of medical records for kittens these fools took care of less than a month ago. They say it takes 10 days! One kitten had a lump which a vet believes was caused by a reaction to one of the vaccines administered and they would not even provide the records to another vet's office after multiple inquiries. Dr. Smith is terrible with cats. And people. The office is like the Keystone cops of vet medicine when it comes to communication and medical attention.
I suggest that no one visit this animal hospital again. My cat went in for routine dental surgery and died!! Although he was given CPR and brought back the cat is looking at months of rehabilitation. My cat had to spend 10 days in critical care at the emergency clinic. It was VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!! This veterinary office never bothered to call us to see how the cat was doing and the two times I called to get information the staff totally blew me off.
