When i took my Fila there yesterday...even though the diagnosis is not good i was incredibly impressed with everyone. The receptionist was lovely, made me feel at ease immediately, the Vet Nurse/Assistant was so sweet and fabulous with my scared growly girl. Dr Mangon (hope i spelt it correctly) was beyond comforting, honest and a joy to talk to....thank you to ALL the staff we saw yesterday!!!
