I love Palm Tree Denal. The staff is amazing. The doctor was kind and gentle. I needed fillings and honestly couldn't hardly feel the nubbing injection at all. In the past, I have had a numbing injection go wrong. I was numb for about 6 months after having dental work done. I have been afraid of getting dental care because of this experience. They had well rounded staff l. Professional yet down to earth. Didn't take a very long time in the waiting area. The Dr was careful with my child since he gets nervous. Was able to do his treatment dental.. Dr. too was wonderful and was able to do explain everything. Thank you for a lovely staff
As someone who gets bad anxiety at hospitals/the dentist. My experience here was so comfortable!! The beautiful ladies up front were so sweet and funny. The doctor and the dental assistants were so communicative and clearly well practiced in their work. This place maintains extremely admirable work ethic and I actually can’t wait to come back!
I went in for a temporary crown today with extreme dental anxiety and very nervous but Angel was SO patient, kind and compassionate. Everyone else was great too from the front desk staff and the dentist himself, but Angel really went above and beyond in terms of patient care! I went here years back but didn’t respond well to the dentist at the time but I’m glad I gave this office a second chance once they had a new dentist on staff.
