For context: Lived here from Nov 2021 - Nov 2025. Overall, solid place - LOVE the office staff, they're phenomenal! I never had any issues with maintenance - they were great. I liked that there was a walking trail connecting the property. Just be aware that there are lots of dog walkers if you're a runner. I reviewed an apartment mid December 2025. The tour was very simple and very informative. However, during the tour I was advised of other apartments to review, At different locations, not associated with this facility which was a little alarming! After the tour, I was advised that I would receive an email as a follow up. I never received the follow up email. I believe the person that provided the tour may have neglected my application because I was not a right fit in her eyes that is very unprofessional. I would never review... read more
Paper thin walls, neighbors will complain about you doing simple life things. Breaking the lease early to get my peace back. Do not recommend. Read the other bad reviews about the sound proofing and you’ll see.
Lived here from 10/2020 to 8/2025. Overall, it’s a safe and comfortable place to live. It’s a nice area to live — very close to shopping, 33, etc. However, there are several things to note. The office staff while kind is sometimes not very helpful. Many times they would be missing during normal office hours too. Next, my rent went up significantly over the last 5 years started 1395$ a month and when we left was about 1800$ a month. Move in was great!! Kimberly is amazing and super helpful! We loved working with her! She ran us through so many apartments and broke everything down for us and made everything super simple for us first time renters! After moving in we have settled into our routine here. There are sidewalks everywhere with lots of green areas for walking the dogs. The dog park is really great, even when it’s cold the dogs love running around in there.
