Sam is outstanding guy, my wife and loved him. He found multiple locations and drove with us all over. He took us to lunch, and when we found a place we loved later he helped in all ways. We were in new mexico and he got it done thank you soo much sam

Pam is a joy! To work with. Amazing people skills, knows Washington county well, negotiates like a true go getter. She is knowledgeable about farming acres of land to wanting a back yard for privacy to wanting the access to shopping centers and a home in town. Pam ALWAYS answers her phone, even when she’s on the beach enjoying vacation. If she misses a call, she’ll call back. If you prefer to text, she’ll do that too. Hardest working real estate agent I know by far. Work with her and you’ll never be disappointed.
I have really enjoyed working with Pam Armstrong. She is friendly, prompt, creative, easy to understand, really listens to me and understands what I am looking for in purchasing a new home. She asks good questions of what I want to purchase and narrows down the search to the type of property I am most interested in buying. I would recommend her to anyone.
