Monique Davis is amazing! 3 weeks ago I received an email about renewing my lease. I was told via email my property manager had to approve my request to renew. 4weeks later no follow up. So I reached out today and spoke with Ms.Davis. She filled me in on the entire renewal process and how to reach my property manager. And assured me that she will have my property manager reach out to finalize the renewal process. She was very helpful and hopefully everything works out.

Ive lived in Pangea Oaks for a year and a half, I have no complaints, Ms. Davis was very courteous with calling me to assure that my work order was placed and to share some very informative information with me to help all tenants during the Covid Pandemic. The next morning I received a call from maintenance to enter my apartment to complete the work order, maintenance was very respectful and courteous, I'm pleased with the work order being completed.
