RecommendedMonique Davis is amazing! 3 weeks ago I received an email about renewing my lease. I was told via email my property manager had to approve my request to renew. 4weeks later no follow up. So I reached out today and spoke with Ms.Davis. She filled me in on the entire renewal process and how to reach my property manager. And assured me that she will have my property manager reach out to finalize the renewal process. She was very helpful and hopefully everything works out.

RecommendedIve lived in Pangea Oaks for a year and a half, I have no complaints, Ms. Davis was very courteous with calling me to assure that my work order was placed and to share some very informative information with me to help all tenants during the Covid Pandemic. The next morning I received a call from maintenance to enter my apartment to complete the work order, maintenance was very respectful and courteous, I'm pleased with the work order being completed.

I'm in the process of moving and inquired about the property. I spoke with Ms. Myoisha Johnson and she was extremely helpful and detailed. Her professionalism was above par (excellent). The five-star rating is specifically for her. However, the community is NOT a good fit for my taste. The property is not a reflection on her but rather the management company because it's not a welcoming property. I've been driving through at different times and there was trash everywhere last week. Roaches, they cut the water off without telling you, they lose your paperwork. Nicole is a passive aggressive jerk . the roof blew off my building and they had it sitting on the front lawn for about a whole week, the toilet water from my upstairs neighbors was dripping into my bathroom and they ignored my maintenance request for over a month until it became mold and I had to take them to court to get it fixed because the ceiling ended up falling down due to all the water damage. Absolutely the worst agency to rent with. I signed my lease 2 years ago back when the men were in charge and everything ran smoothly, but now since the women are running things nothing gets done. They never answer the phone when you call, but when you go up to the office they are all just sitting there . When I first met the new property manager Latonya Coleman,right after the last property manager was let go,she seemed so understanding and eager to help with issues that they said the last property manager wouldn't help with. Now whenever you try to contact the rental office,the phone rings constantly without anyone picking up,it seems the property manager is out more then she's in. Tha storm has passed a week ago there is no reason there should b this much snow on this property , why hasn't tha property manager gotten some body to clear tha parking lots so the tenants can move around on the property
