Rodney is the man , since I moved in he’s helped with any issues I’ve had , couldn’t have asked for a better property manager
This company is very unprofessional ! I would not advise anyone to rent from them . I filled out an application almost a month ago , they asked for additional documentation and I provided it . It has been a week since I turned in my documents and I haven’t heard anything back yet ! No approval, no denial , Absolutely nothing . Plus , the unit I applied for they gave away . One word , RUN . I also did a drive through the neighborhood and it doesn’t look safe . Save your money and time .
Rodney is an amazing property manager!! He was always helpful and made my experience wonderful. I did not plan to stay longer in the apartment, but did so because of Rodney's attentiveness and professionalism.
