Dr Pankhurst is always a reassuring face to see and voice to hear from when you’re in need of some professional psychiatric help. He is a fantastic listener in that he tailors his approach and guidance according to what you’ve just said. He is patient and most importantly to me, which sometimes I find rare to find In Psychiatrists, is he is kind and empathetic. Would highly recommend.
I was misdiagnosed by Kevin. My experience was dismissed, incorrectly understood. I was given advice which has made me substantially worse, medication which has enabled me to make myself worse. 18 months later I was correctly diagnosed by a different psychiatrist and now it all makes sense. I am unpicking the extra damage on top of my original issue which is going to take months possibly years. He's dangerous and arrogant. Avoid.
My relative had a very dangerous, unhelpfull experience at the hands of this person. Put them back and no help at all, avoid
Oh look, just noticed another 1 star review. In my experience what a total waste of time, I am only giving a 1 star because there isn't a negative option and there is no chance of recommending the service to anyone. One comment I would make is that I left the initial consultation feeling 100times worse than how I felt going there in the first place.
A wonderful doctor who is kind and empathetic. Always takes the time to listen and most importantly is a grade A genius when it comes to psychiatry and medication
