The apartment itself is a good size for the price, especially for DC. The location next to the tennis courts and recreational center is a major plus. The management team is nice and respectful, but unfortunately, they’re very very slow when it comes to repairs. We waited months for fixes with little to no updates (we're still waiting). From the first time we viewed these apartments we felt welcomed. Tarsha aura and energy was super down to earth and ready to help. We went through a lot with housing due to their lack of communication but Tarsh and Vaughn stuck it out through everything. The consistent communication, to tag teaming housing has been a hell of a ride. If you are not dedicated to your residents they way they are then idk what to tell you. Thank you all for everything!!
This place horrible and horrible management. They do not fix your appliances when you call them. Roaches and mice everywhere. You do not get what you pay you pay your rent for. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE . The only good thing is the area is convenient for walking to the grocery and downtown.
Overall, I had a lot of difficulties at Panorama Courts. I had many issues with mice. While people came to cover up holes, I was always told that a whole sweep in the apartment was done and all holes were covered. I would then continue to see more mice (probably saw around 6-7) and was continuously told that every time someone came out now the holes were all covered. Great management. I moved in fairly quickly after I applied and the entire process was so smooth. I would like to thank Mr. Vinson for making the process of moving in so smooth.
