He served as Chief Resident at Christiana Care Health System Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, were he excelled in head and neck oncological surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, and facial esthetic procedures. In practice he has special interest in corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery, and cosmetic procedures including Botox and filler treatments. When performing major surgical cases, Dr. Paolino utilizes Virtual Surgical Planning and Patient Specific Implants.
