I highly recommend this small family business. They are hard working honest people. They are experts in pool construction, spa, and cleaning pools and their chemicals. Initially there were brief lapses in communication when workers were supposed to show up for pool project. There were only last minute notification. No advance notifications. Unfortunately we have had to make some pool repairs. However, I am so blessed to have Brian and Ama and their entire team to the rescue each time. When you call them with a problem, they diagnose thoroughly prior to making a decision. I absolutely 💯 as a new pool owner would not go anywhere else. They saved me 1k first visit on a false diagnosis from a previous company, and this visit the work of Brett was amazing.
Ama was a gem to work with, and while I was out of town, she kept me informed of the progress. Very professional team, and the results are amazing, and Brian the owner even came down to oversee the work. I'd recommend working with anytime - they are fantastic! Thank you guys for the beautiful work and the glam!! Yael
The service provided by Paradise Pools was exceptional, and the issue was resolved with remarkable efficiency, resulting in cost savings exceeding $800.00. Their profound expertise in pool services and meticulous attention to detail are truly commendable.
Ama and her team did an awesome job on my pool. I had copper stains throughout the pool from my gas heater. Ama developed a treatment plan and the outcome was absolutely amazing. The entire team was very professional, and knowledgeable on the entire process. I would highly recommend Paradise Pool for “Pool Treatment Service”. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again Paradise Pool!
