RecommendedJason was our salesman and he was fantastic. He listened to us and designed exactly what we wanted. Vince the supervisor was spot on. He was responsive and regularly on site throughout the build. The trades that did the work were friendly and all did amazing work! Our pool was completed ahead of schedule and is perfect! Tod listened intently and clearly saw "the vision" as we sat down the first time and he drew out and created a perfect pool with all the curves, characteristics and appeal that we desired. This company is the best! A 5 star business! Our pool is beautifully constructed and the pool equipment is top notch! The guidance given to us as we chose finishes, colors, tile etc. culminated in a beautiful pool. We have never owned a pool before and the support and guidance by Matt is second to none. Matt knows all things about a pool and we learned so much from him. We can’t say enough good things about Paradise Pools By Design.
We laid out a concept and brought it to paradise. Their design team refined it and made a unique and remarkable multi tier pool. We sampled all other pool builders in the area and found the Paradise design the most refined. Also, the water works are complex in it involving several pumps some of which are a special high flow variant, multiple filters, various rain descents, pergola water features, a swim jet, and a long infinite edge water fall edge.
