I'm a professional, this is my personal experience. The maintenance man has no respect for alot iof homeowners in this park. He has poor social skills, he's self emasculating and is the biggest gossip in the community. The community has. alot of potential, but not with him. He's talked poorly about women living here except for his lady friends.
