Well I went to epoxy a shower and bath tube and it's a nice trailer park quit u wouldn't think that would be there in the middle of town every well put away
Property has changed so much since new management company, Vineyards took over. They are making a lot of new upgrades and renovations such as the roads and a pool which is making this a really exciting place to live. The manager Chris is always available and helpful.
Seems like a nice place, have a lot of updated mobile homes, along other are getting updated and fixed. The pool is getting remodeled and the offices and a meeting hall was added. Overall seems like a quite clean area.....especially compared to the sourounding area
It’s been over 8 month without receiving my deposit back after moving out I’ve been give excuse after excuse switching management every time and each one of them say it’s going to be sent and still haven’t received anything won’t answer office phone and voice mail is full don’t trust Maintainence alone in your unit things will go missing gold chain and pendant was stolen from my unit
Place is improving after years of mismanaged operations. The return of the pool.
