**Update 2/18** I do not accept their response. There have been numerous complaints and these people ruin my ability to enjoy the last few days of nice air which also means my summer is going to be ruined by smoke coming in my windows. I picked a non smoking community because I am allergic to smoke. Seeing as how they have had a complete staff turn over including Bella being gone now… I would wait to see how things go. My wife and I called this community home for nearly five years until we recently moved out of the area to be closer to family and friends. We had a 2-bed/2-bath corner unit and it was definitely the nicest apartment we have lived in by far, in terms of the generous room sizes, modern fixtures and appointments, ample storage space, and abundant natural light and views. This is better than home! We downsized from our house to here. There is a dog Playland, which makes our dog really love it too. The management is great. The clubhouse includes exercise rooms that are equipped as well as health clubs. There is outdoor pools, grill areas and outdoor seating. Beautiful natural landscape. Not your prison looking apartment building. Everyone looks different. Many walkways for walking.

Of all the places I've rented in my life, this was the apartment I felt most at home. Everything from the floor plan to ammenities to staff is exactly what I want out of rental community! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Our neighbors were friendly, the grounds and common areas well kept, the office staff and crew were beyond amazing. 7 years of renting in Madison & this is the best management I experienced - even when compared to other similarly priced options such as The Master’s Residence at Bishops Bay. The units are well laid out and built with quality materials. I only moved because I got an accepted offer on a house in Middleton. Truly wish I would have found Paragon Place Sooner!
