Lived in 2 different apartments here over 6 years and loved it! Monthly events for residents, quiet community, family and pet friendly, maintenance staff and management are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Never had any issues in the 6 years I lived here. Highly recommend.

Ms. Meier was very helpful with every question we had before the move. I’ve enjoyed the clean apartment with the beautiful view to the golf course and amenities that Paragon Place Bishops Bay offers to all of us. Thanks Ms. Meier for making this move so easy for us.

I really can't recommend this apartment enough. The location is great and the buildings are kept up to a high standard. Most impressive of all is the management. The property manager (Jennifer) does a fantastic job of coordinating with renters, and she clearly has a real passion for what she does (something that's all too rare in rental property managers).

We lived here for 2 years before purchasing a home, and can confidently say this was the best rental experience we had in the Madison-area (and we lived in various apartments/rentals over a combined 16 years!!). Management was always quick to respond to queries/requests, the buildings were well-maintained and cleaned frequently, and the amenities were above average (clean pool, good gym equipment, clean/bright parking facilities). If you're looking for a home, check this place out - and say "Hello" to Kullen for us :)
