High pressure sales tactics, Goodman products, while asking for 5 star review. This is my review after 13 months. I regret purchasing from Paramount. Do your homework and shop local. New Goodman AC/Heat Pump installed late first qt 2024. Furnace started making noise within weeks of install. Called, two techs responded. Stated they couldn’t hear it. BUYER BEWARE - They have a great sales team, but their maintenance department is horrible. We bought a brand new unit 2 years ago and it has never worked well because they had a botched install. We have contacted them multiple times. They refuse to make it right. For example, just last Friday we scheduled a maintenance appointment because our two year old unit is not working and our house is 80 degrees. I have worked with Paramount and, specifically, with James for several years now. From the very beginning, I was incredibly impressed by Jame’s professional, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable interactions with me. In my most recent interaction this week, it has become clear that I’m either facing increasing maintenance issues with my 10+ year old system or I need to replace it. I found Paramount at one of the Home & Garden shows. No hustle or big advertising budgets. Just a local company with a crew that has not failed me nor disappoint. I’ve had many different crews or techs visit and they’ve all been solid reps. Regular tune ups are key! Nothing is cheap. And you wouldn’t want to invest in this type of equipment that is more about the sale (which means it’s more about repairs). I had options, I had good advice, and I am very pleased with the whole team at Paramount.

I have been extremely happy with the service and professional skills from Paramount for our HVAC servicing. Ian has been great to work with and super nice guy. Paramount has also been very timely with follow-ups and when we have needed them. Brian B.
