Hello, I have been living Parc at Garland for 1 year, it is a very quiet community, no noise is heard and everything is very clean. The people who work are very attentive, when I have had to talk to them about some damage inside or outside my apartment, they respond immediately and fix the problem. I have had the best move-in experience with The Parc at Garland so far. I just happened to see this place as I was looking at other apartments in the area. The property was very clean and well kept! I called the next day to schedule an appointment to see an apartment and spoke with Brandon. He was very helpful and informative. When I started my application process he answered all of my questions. I had a few more questions on a Saturday and called and reached Meaghan. I am very excited about moving to this complex. The process was super easy and Brandon was a super great help. The only hiccup I had was a application error but upon calling in, it was fixed AND I got offered a lower rent than originally assumed. So far this complex is standing far above the rest. I feel comfortable moving into a nice, safe place and the complex is very clean and kept up!!
Made an appointment for a viewing and had a great experience with Meaghan. She made the viewing very easy and without any pressure or stress. Would highly recommend checking out these apartments!
Touring and visiting these apartments has been an excellent experience. The staff is amazing! Brandon has been super helpful answering all of our questions. Will definitely recommend these apartments to friends and families!
