Very personable and professional.
My main concern is not having support help available 24/7. I have had several incidences over the years not being able to get critical support when needed. I tried to get help when my bill pay was suddenly not available on my iPad. Called support line but they were unable to help. So I circumvented the problem by using my laptop instead.
