The entire staff was just as helpful and professional as can be. Special thanks to Carla at the front desk who was so pleasant (and patient) with me. Turned out that this type of dentistry is not what I need at this time, but if I ever do need a root canal specialist, Dr. Alsmadi and staff will be seeing me again! I was impressed.
Had to have an emergency root canal, they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Alsmadi was an excellent endodontist, calming voice and explained the procedure thoroughly. This was my first root canal and he made it painless. Highly recommend.
My experience with Dr Alsmadi and his staff has been very positive. I had been concerned about having a root canal but the procedure went very well with very minor pain. Their care and concern is evident in the way they treat their patients and I highly recommend them.
