I had the most amazing experience moving into my new place. The staff was so pleasant and friendly and welcoming. They made my move so easy and fast. Anyone looking for a place Park Northside is the place to call home.
If I could give this complex negative stars I would so one will do. I never had issues in this complex until Dobrin Property Management took over. I originally moved in under College Park Apartments, I moved in Jan 9, 2021. Absolutely loved it, they were convenient, very much helpful at ALL times & requests and most importantly always understood. First two years were great! Mia was really great upon move in and then she was no longer in the office. I do not recommend anyone to move here. Encountered several incidents of my A/C going out, took maintenance several claims, over a month before the 1st response and during heat advisories. Mold circulating around the kitchen vents was wiped off by maintenance and it grew back. I have recently moved from Florida to Virginia and this process has been an overwhelming stressful ordeal. Once I entered Park Northside, Leasing Agent Britney helped melt away all of the prior stress. She really listened to my needs and concerns. She asked me when I needed to move in by and I told her today. By the next day she handed me keys to an idyllic 2 bedroom 1 bath townhome with beautiful hardwood flooring and stainless refrigerator near a dog park. This place is amazing. I was overwhelmed at first but Mia immediately demonstrated that she genuinely cared and put in the effort and time to make the process as simple as it could be for me.
