If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Park Paving because Carmen made a big deal about their so-called superior workmanship and their two-year guarantee. He came across as trustworthy, respectful, and professional. In my experience, he was anything but. Within a year after the driveway was resurfaced, serious faults appeared. Carmen inspected it, admitted it needed to be redone, and gave me a specific timeframe. That was the start of over two years of lies, delays, and excuses. Two years ago We began to accept the idea that the driveway needed to be redone. After a few estimates we agreed to have Park Paving do the work. My wife once upon a time sold driveways that made her insist on a fall pave. This was no problem for PP. We insisted that we got sufficient thickness of asphalt of a quality grade of stone and asphalt. PP delivered here as well. Plenty of material laid down. The guys did an excellent job on our driveway. The price was great as well. I would highly recommend them. The staff were really nice and friendly. Contact Carmen for a better job.
No issues with the upfront quality of service. Where the wheels fell off is the warranty. My driveway looked great in June 2023 by the Fall both my neighbour (used Park Paving as well) and I had weeds pushing through. We contacted Carmen in Oct 2023. He asked us to spray the weeds and to not pull them out - less disruption to the driveway. He would come back in the Spring. SUCH A BEAUTIFUL JOB! And reasonably priced! Vito and his incredible crew enlarged and resurfaced 3 driveways on our street and we all are so very happy with the beautiful work. 2 driveways are quite long and now they both are so straight and level and the side edge is perfect. Mine the smaller of the three had very uneven patches and a high bump into the garage. Now it's so even and a seamless drive in.
