We had our stairs/deck leading up to our front door replaced by Park Place. Erica and Albert kept us informed every step of the way and so easy to work with. The price was very reasonable, as well. The work was done in just a few days and we are very pleased with the final result. I highly recommend using Park Place.
My wife and I had a great experience working with Albert and crew. The price was fair and the work top quality. Recently, Park place replaced three exterior doors and all the shutters in our house and they did a fantastic job with fair cost, on-time and quality work. I had a wonderful experience working with the Park Place, from Albert (Owner) visit for an estimate with detailed work description, signing the contract and installation of the doors. I've had the opportunity to use Park Place twice. In both cases Park Place was clear and up front on the scope of work, costs and the expected timetable. I'd say besides the quality and tidy workmanship, Erica is their best asset. She has always responded to questions or concerns promptly and communicated clearly. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Albert and Erica were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend Park Place Construction, especially if you have a unique project! We contracted Park Place to build a detached garage with a rooftop deck and they did it all, completely turn key, met/exceeded all expectations (see photos)!
