We had our stairs/deck leading up to our front door replaced by Park Place. Erica and Albert kept us informed every step of the way and so easy to work with. The price was very reasonable, as well. The work was done in just a few days and we are very pleased with the final result. I highly recommend using Park Place.
Recently, I contracted Park Place Construction to side my 36'x38' pole barn with black metal sheeting. The three-person crew worked tirelessly and meticulously over three days to complete the job, and what a terrific job they did! I couldn't be more pleased with the care and detail of their work. Bravo! Park Place Construction is the bomb!
Albert and Erica were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend Park Place Construction, especially if you have a unique project! We contracted Park Place to build a detached garage with a rooftop deck and they did it all, completely turn key, met/exceeded all expectations (see photos)! Just had Park Place do our roof. They did awesome work! Very fast service, the install crew took great care of our plants, decks and surrounding grass. Highly recommend them. Prices were fair, service was great, they completed on schedule and everything was smooth from start to finish.
I've had the opportunity to use Park Place twice. In both cases Park Place was clear and up front on the scope of work, costs and the expected timetable. I'd say besides the quality and tidy workmanship, Erica is their best asset. She has always responded to questions or concerns promptly and communicated clearly. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
