It was the worst apartment ever in my entire life. The main reason why I moved out was because my place got robbed and the manager, Grace, she kept accusing me for not locking the door correctly or if I gave my key to someone when the parking gate was wide open for 3 months. I claimed the management company and they won't even reply me but after I mailed them like 3 times, they quietly fixed the parking gate. All of these comments are 100% true and I am so glad I moved out of this dump! The disGRACE of a manager is just a face that cannot do anything so don't expect to get anything done. The changed out the gate from a card to a fob and tried to charge me $75 for the new fob. Elevator and hot water don't work once a week. Maintenance trucks would always park in my assigned parking space. Just stay away, it's not worth it. You will NEVER get your security deposit back and the management company is a joke as well.
This makes me really sad. I lived in there from 1988 to 1992. It was a nice building when we first moved in with clean hallways, great floor plan and big rooms but by the last year I heard gun shots every night, my car got broken into every few months and then the cockroaches moved in and we moved out. I told my husband "You can stay of you want but I'm out of here." We had moved there for his business. We moved to the Westside after that. I'm so sorry to hear that they have continued to let it go downhill.
Please beware, the nightmare that is GRACE SHIN. She is the manager of this complex and is the most incompetent human being that ever existed. It is impossible to carry a conversation with her, because she just keeps repeating nonsense over and over again, like a malfunctioning robot and on top of that she constantly lies to my face. DONT do it is all the trouble I’ve experienced with them is not worth it. How good the experience is all just depends on the on-site manger we have at the moment. We’ve have 3 since I’ve been here a little over a year. Will move once I’m able to do so. Not saying they are the worst just saying the bad experience I’ve had I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family.
