I’ve been really impressed with Park River. They do outsource their customer service, but have always been wonderful over the phone. Affordable clean units. I have never seen anyone actually working in the office. Ruth was great to work with.

The absolute WORST company I have rented from. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I'm on the phone with them 30-45 minutes at a time practically every time I go to my unit anymore. Calls are CONSTANTLY disconnecting when you do call them. You are CONSTANTLY having to repeat yourself to them. HORRIBLE matence of the property. They also replaced my lock on my unit without any warning or notification whatsoever. I will be changing units this fall when I have time to switch. I'd move earlier but I just don't have time.
