The absolute WORST company I have rented from. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I'm on the phone with them 30-45 minutes at a time practically every time I go to my unit anymore. Calls are CONSTANTLY disconnecting when you do call them. You are CONSTANTLY having to repeat yourself to them. HORRIBLE matence of the property. They also replaced my lock on my unit without any warning or notification whatsoever. I will be changing units this fall when I have time to switch. I'd move earlier but I just don't have time. Very clean units and easily accessible. Even had a lock provided when the unit I rented was opened the first time
Awful company, awful customer service. I wasn't even able to get past the front gate because their 4 digit code and app was not working. After 4 days, still could not get in and so I had to cancel to move to a new storage unit company and they still charged me. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company because they would not refund my money...even thought I couldn't pass the front gate. Customer service was completely awful.
Jiao, was quick efficient kind and amazing help to my on the phone we got thing cleared up with my account asap with zero hassle and went out of their way to help me as much as possible
From initially getting lined up with a storage unit to the day of check out, everything couldn't have gone any smoother. Everyone I spoke with on the phone, were very pleasant to work with.
