Awful company, awful customer service. I wasn't even able to get past the front gate because their 4 digit code and app was not working. After 4 days, still could not get in and so I had to cancel to move to a new storage unit company and they still charged me. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company because they would not refund my money...even thought I couldn't pass the front gate. Customer service was completely awful.
From initially getting lined up with a storage unit to the day of check out, everything couldn't have gone any smoother. Everyone I spoke with on the phone, were very pleasant to work with.
So dirty and run down. No attendant ever on site. They keep going up in their rates and are almost double in price comparable to much nicer places (paved and clean!) around town.
Liaza was very helpful today as I try to get the storage unit cancelled. She directed me to sent a photo of the empty unit and provide all the contact information I needed, She also assured me that the unit will be cancelled within 48 hours and will send me a confirmation when that is completed. Thank you, Laiza
Princess was incredibly kind and patient with me during the rental process.
