So happy to have found Dr. Hempel in my area. She is such and kind and thorough dentist. She does a great job explaining things. This is a small and personable practice. I prefer this type of dentist versus the large flashy offices that are just trying to bill you for as many unnecessary procedures as possible.
As someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist, I feel comfortable with them. My fear has decreased and I'm no longer sliding down in the chair to avoid the dentist. They explain what they are doing and will tell you what you need to do to do a better job of cleaning your teeth and will give you a sample, if possible, to assist you. Everyone is very friendly and nice so I don't mind, as much, going there.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Hempel and I must say, that I was very impressed! She made me feel at ease and really took her time to explain the treatment plan for my teeth. The quality of care she provides is excellent! I’m in really good hands with her.
The staff is very cool and down to earth. The dentist has a genuine energy that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The receptionist is a class act and is a good person to talk to. The dentist is great and the dentist is amazing with her skillset. Its a great place for adults and children. I highly recommend this dental office, especially if you work downtown Chicago.
Wonderful experience. Everyone is very welcoming. My regular Dentist was out of town and referred me to Dr. Samia Hempel at Park View Smiles. She and her staff got me in as soon as possible and brought back my smile.
